Delivery

Please note that a signature is necessary on delivery for all orders. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for receipt of parcels.

We will endeavour to deliver your items within 2 to 3 working days.

Payments

Payment of your order will be debited to your account before your purchase is dispatched.

We will take all reasonable care, insofar it is our power to do so to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Cimarron Hair and Beauty. (This needs to be checked by website people on how to secure identification)

Cancellations and Returns

Once your order has been received, with reference to the EU Distance Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the products if you wish to cancel. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were originally dispatched.

In the protection of our consumers for hygiene reasons, Cimarron Hair and Beauty are unable to accept returns on wigs and hair pieces

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Cimarron Hair and Beauty. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale

Data Privacy

We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
